Return & Refund Policy – MelouraSkin
At MelouraSkin, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt.
⚠️ Exception: If the product is marked with “30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee or Your Money Back”, this period will replace the standard 14-day policy.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
- The product must be shipped to our return address after contacting us for instructions.
📌 In some cases (such as stock issues or logistical delays), we may accept a return request via email or social media message, and the return period may be extended.
Exchanges
The 14-day period starts from the date you receive the replacement product. Shipping time is not counted in this period.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Sale & Promotional Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit once we receive the return.
If it was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Before returning any product, you must first contact us at 📩 Support@melouraskin.com for return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For products valued over $40, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or insurance.
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments that do not reach us.
