Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding public holidays and weekends).
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Australia

📌 Note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Australia: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the courier’s speed or customs clearance.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
We may offer free shipping during promotions or when a minimum order value is met.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send your tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.

6. Customs & Taxes

MelouraSkin is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged upon delivery.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Delays or Lost Shipments

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
